What Do We Share?
Print the names of all the team members on a paper with a line beside each name and make a copy for each person. Each team member is to talk with each other team member to find out one thing that is the same for both of them. Maybe they both have dogs. Maybe they were both born in the same place or went to the same school. Maybe they both have the same favourite colour.
If some team members do not read or write well, they can get someone else to write things down or they can draw a picture of what is the same. It is also good if the paper has team members' photos as well as their names.
This is a good way to get new team members to talk to each other to find out more. It is also good to get people to see how they are like their team-mates [C15].
